Can I get a custom Hosting Package?
Absolutely. Just email us or use the contact form to submit your quote and we’ll get back to you with the price.

Do you offer managed hosting?
All our hosting packages are inclusive of managed services.

I cannot access my account?
Your account will never be blocked or deleted unless you have been notified about the possible actions. This usually happens when the client fails to recharge his hosting account or when the contract period expires or when the website is against our policies. Contact us immediately.

I cannot connect to the server?
This happens during high server load periods or if you fail to recharge your hosting account. If you have assigned us server maintenance then there could be only one possible reason - account suspension. More on account suspension, read the above question.

My server is slow or times out!
Your website might be experiencing high traffic. If the situation persists then please contact us immediately.

[ DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING ]

How much do you charge for designing and developing websites?
It really depends on the nature of the website and its size. For instance if you want a 4-16 page website designed on HTML then you might be charged between RS 2500-5000 or less. If you want a dynamic website (picture gallery, forum, content management) developed then it can work out between RS 5000-15000 or more depending on the work load.

So the price depends on the web language, scripts, graphics etc. If you have no technical knowledge then we will be glad to put forward our suggestions and work it out smoothly.

Do you offer website maintenance?
Most of our clients retain us to maintain their websites. So we’d love to maintain your website and keep it updated.

Does website maintenance include content management and copyrighting?
No. Website maintenance precisely means updating and modifying your code. But if you want us to do copyrighting and also manage the content then we would love to do that with a few extra bucks.

How many developers work on each project?
This depends on the workload. Usually there are 2-4 people working on each project. If the project requires us to wrap up in a really short time then we pool in more people.
